Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1 day and shipped within 90-120 days. Pre-orders will be shipped according to the specified timeline.  

Shipping Fees: A standard international delivery fee of $30 is applied to all orders. Free delivery is available through coupons won during special events.  

Delivery Partners: We partner with reliable logistics companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.  

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your Up Mobile if you are not satisfied. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused, and unactivated condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Return Process: Contact our customer support team through the Zendesk support center at upnetwork.xyz to initiate a return. Detailed instructions, including the return address and steps for shipping, will be provided. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and shipped using a trackable method.

Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and provide instructions for a return or exchange.

9. Warranty

Our products come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

10. Customs Duties and Taxes

Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international orders. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. We provide information to help you manage these charges.
