How many can I order?

You can order up to 100 Up Mobile devices per procurement. However, please note that each Up Mobile requires a unique email address for activation.

Payment option for Mobile?

Is my money refundable?

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your Up Mobile. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused, and unactivated condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. You will also need to cover the return shipping costs. When will Up Mobile ship?

The first batch of Up Mobile phones is tentatively scheduled to ship in December (subject to adjustment based on market conditions). Which countries being shipped too?/ Will it be available to all countries of the world?

Up Mobile will be shipped to most countries worldwide. However, there are restrictions in certain regions. Currently, we do not ship to the following locations due to Google Mobile Service policy: China (Mainland), Hong Kong, Macau, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, and Syria. Any spec upgrades / colour options / Cases etc etc.

Up Mobile will be available in multiple color options, primarily black and white, with additional options like yellow, blue, and pink. Spec upgrades will be announced closer to the launch date.

Up Mobile comes with a 1-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your device encounters an issue within this warranty period, we will repair or replace it. However, please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors such as accidents.
